Because every item from Magic Missives is custom-made and handcrafted specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges.

We take immense pride in the quality and unique nature of our handmade products. Each piece is created with careful attention to detail and personalized to your specifications. Due to the custom nature of our work, we cannot restock or resell an item once it has been made for your order.

Please double-check all personalization details, including spelling, dates, colors, and any other specific requests, before placing your order. We create your item exactly as you've entered the information. We cannot be held responsible for errors made by the customer during the order placement process.

Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is important to us. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or if you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number, brief description of what happened, and clear photos of the damage or defect.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Because we begin working on orders shortly after they are placed, cancellations are only possible if production has not yet begun. Once an item is in production, it cannot be canceled.

Processing Time

Our current processing time for custom orders is 4-6 weeks. This is the time it takes to create your handmade item before it ships. We highly recommend placing your order at least 3 months before your event date to ensure ample time for creation and delivery.

We understand that sometimes you need an item sooner. We do offer rush orders, which are subject to a 20% rush order fee. Please contact us directly to inquire about rush order availability before placing your order.
