Thank you for choosing Magic Missives for your magical items! We understand you're excited to receive your order, and we're committed to getting your enchanted piece to you safely.
Processing Time
As all of our items are custom-made and handcrafted, our standard processing time is 4-6 weeks from the date your order is placed. This allows us the necessary time to create your personalized item with the quality and attention to detail you expect.
For event-specific orders, we highly recommend inquiring and placing your order at least 3 months before your event date to ensure ample time for both creation and delivery.
Rush Orders
Need your order sooner? We may be able to accommodate rush orders, depending on our current production schedule. Rush orders are subject to a 20% rush order fee. Please contact us at hello@magicmissives.com or through our contact page before placing your order to discuss rush availability and expedited shipping options.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We currently only ship within the U.S. Once your order has completed its processing time and is ready to ship, we use trusted carriers to deliver your package.
We utilize standard shipping services. Delivery typically takes a few business days once shipped, but transit times can vary based on your location and carrier operations.
Please note that the delivery estimates above refer to transit time after your order has been processed and shipped. These are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed. Unexpected delays, such as those due to weather, carrier issues, or peak seasons, are outside of our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We carefully package all orders to ensure they arrive safely. However, once a package leaves our studio, it is in the care of the shipping carrier.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return Policy section regarding damaged or defective items.
Lost Packages: In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@magicmissives.com. We will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Please note that we are not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
